   Once a week, sit down with Claude and prompt: Generate 15 social posts for my brand for the week. For each post include: platform (LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram), hook, body copy, and a CTA. Vary the format: 3 tip lists, 3 questions, 3 quotes, 3 stories, 3 promotional. Review and cut to your best 10. Running this in one session means all 10 posts share consistent brand voice.

   Create visual assets in bulk with Canva AI

   Open Canva AI and create visuals for each text post using your brand kit to keep colors and fonts consistent. For quote posts, use Magic Design. For infographics, use Text to Image. Magic Resize exports every asset to all required platform dimensions in one click.

   Schedule the full week and review analytics with Buffer

   Upload all posts and visuals to Buffer, assign each post to the correct platform, set optimal posting times, and schedule — the entire week should go live in under 20 minutes. Use Buffer Analytics weekly (15 min) to find which post formats get the most saves, which times drive the most reach, and which CTAs get the most link clicks. Double down on your top 2 formats.

   Automate the end-to-end flow with Make

   In Make, build a scenario that monitors a Google Sheet or Notion database for new approved content rows. When a row is marked ready, Make automatically uploads it to Buffer with the correct scheduling slot. This removes the manual Buffer upload step entirely once the workflow is proven.
